    I believe the supplied answer is incorrect:

    However, Template constraints limit the options that are available to end users when they launch a product. They are defined in a JSON-formatted text file that contains one or more rules. Rules are added to the AWS CloudFormation template used by the product. For example, you could use a template constraint to limit the instance types that end users can choose when launching a product.

    Take note that the scenario explicitly mention that you have to “ensure the users can only deploy stacks from pre-approved CloudFormation templates”, and not simply limit the available options that can be utilized in the associated CloudFormation stack of the AWS Service Catalog product.
