Study guide download limit reached but not 1 successful guide downloaded

Hi TD,

On June 28 I purchased the Tutorials Dojo Study Guide eBook for AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional. Since purchasing I have not been able to download a single copy as I get the error “Sorry, you have reached your download limit for this file”.

I used my android mobile device to attempt the downloads. I did notice that two of my attempts, prior to reaching the 5 download limit, did not create a file download and another attempt did not even load the ‘download’ page, however, all these attempts were incorrectly counted as downloads.

I sent a request for help via email on Thursday June 29 to support@tutorialsdojo.com and have not received a response.

Can you please resolve this issue promptly so I can download at least 1 copy of the product that I have purchased?

Apologies for the inconvenience you have encountered when downloading our eBook. We made the necessary changes to your account so you’d be able to download the eBook already.

We recommend clicking the Download button only once then waiting for the download to initialize. Due to the large file size, it may take some time for the file to be successfully downloaded to your device.
