TD portal issue while reviewing the results of a timed exam

Hi All, I am facing an issue today while trying to check the answers and explanation for a timed exam that I gave last week. When I click on the view results icon on the dashboard for the specific exam it always opens the ‘Continuous improvement’ section instead. This was working fine a couple of days ago.
Please let me know if there is a way to access the test explanation/results any other way or if there is a way to fix the issue.

Thank you for your inquiry. Please note that in the Statistics dashboard, you can filter your results by category and by correct/skipped/incorrect answers/marked for review.
By default, the results are filtered by showing all the categories which are arranged alphabetically the reason why the “Continuous Improvement for Existing Solutions” section is always on top of the results page. But if you scroll down, you will see the rest of the categories right after this section. You can also jump into a different category by clicking on the drop-down arrow next to the Filters tab on the upper right corner of the dashboard.
