Test Page load issue.

When ever i start giving a review mode exam or timed mode, the page automatically reloads and am back to the page where i select which test i want to give. It didnt happen yesterday. But today its pathetic. tried on two different laptops. same result. other sites are not getting reloaded. but only when i am here in tutorial dojo portal. this is very frustrating.

this has been happening for the last 2 hours. and i would really appreciate if someone can fix the issue at the earliest as the weekend is my only study time and its about to get over.

Hi Saurav, thanks for raising this issue. We’re very sorry to hear that our website is freezing on your screen. We have conducted a few tests on different locations to check if it’s an issue that keeps on happening but so far, all of our tests were successfully completed without encountering a freezing screen. For succeeding attempts, we do recommend closing other tabs, sitting through the test without leaving the screen for a prolonged time, and ensuring that you don’t lose net connection during the duration of the test. Make sure also that you do not leave the site open overnight as this will cause the session to be terminated when you use it the following day.
