Unable to review quizes results (STATSTICS) under "course progress" tab

Hello Team – I just gave a quiz yesterday and while trying to go over the wrong question/answers, there is not an option to select under “STATISTICS” in “Course Progress” tab. Can you please look into this issue?

Click the “Where do I see my course progress and previous attempts?” section.

Hi Carlo – Looks like you have missed the details i have provided above. I do know where to see the previous attempts. I can see the details for my previous attempts and also for the attempt i am having issue with. The recent attempt which i am having issue is showing under “course progress” but the “STATISTICS” section where we see all the wrong/correct answers report is not working.

Thank you for reporting the problem. Upon investigating, the glitch you encountered on our website occurred when our developers were doing an update on the question bank and at the same time, the results for your attempt were being recorded by our system. Rest assured that you’d be able to review the answers to your succeeding attempts through the Statistics button.
