    Scenario: “An e-commerce company is […] The visitors will first login to the site using either their Facebook or Google credentials and add items to their cart.
    But in the answers you mention “
    will first authenticate the users by logging in through the Amazon service

    So Facebook/Google versus Amazon service as login.
    A bit confusing.

    Hi Robert,

    Basically, you can use either Amazon Cognito or AWS STS – Web Identity Federation for social media user authentication in AWS. This is what the term “Amazon service” means.

    To better improve this scenario, I have revised all of the options to fully describe the user authentication flow.
