Wording in scenario unclear (on-premises or aws?)

Scenario: “Your company has a gaming store platform for a whole variety of digital games. […] The web application is currently made up of a 2-tier web tier which consists of a load balancer and several web app servers,as well as a database tier which hosts an Oracle database.”

From this description it is not clear this is all on-premises, this can only be deducted from the answers.

I suggest to make this a bit clearer.

I just reviewed the question, and the wording is not clear the gaming platform is hosted on the on-premises infrastructure.
