    Dude, I paid for the subscription and I need my space to read the course. These insane ads just keep popping and covering my course every freaking second. Very annoying and frankly unprofessional!

    Hi Stevo,

    Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Our sincere apologies for this issue in our pop-ups showing in your paid courses. This is not intended at all; the quiz page shouldn’t have any marketing elements.

    Our team has fixed this just now, and you shouldn’t be seeing any pop-ups on your paid courses. Kindly give us some time to also hide the notification banner on top so it should not show up by default.

    We appreciate your time reporting this issue, and our apologies again for the inconvenience caused.

      Can you clarify what you meant about the advertisement please?

      Do you see a pop-up whenever you are on the quiz itself or just on the course page? Take note that the advertisement should only show on the courses that you don’t have access with.

      We want to assist you and make our portal more conducive for learning, while keeping you on the loop on our upcoming system maintenance (not just on our sale events), which is why you may still see the notification bar on top.

    Same here. When I’m logged in I should not see ADs. I’m a paying subscriber. When I’m studying review questions and cheatshets the ads get in the way the cancel button is hidden on an iPhone.

    Love your stuff, but stop it with the ads. This is worst that having unpaid apps

      Can you share more about the type of advertisement you see, please? We have 3 types of marketing elements:

      1. Pop-up

      2. Notification Bar

      3. Sidebar – Triple Bundle promo

      Do you see a pop-up whenever you are on the quiz itself or just on the course page when you’re reviewing your previous exam attempts? Take note that the advertisement should only show the courses that you don’t have access to.

      Based on your records, you have our:

      1. AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate Practice Tests

      2. AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Associate Video Course

      We implemented a fix weeks ago not to show any pop-ups on the above pages for any user. If this is not the case, please let me know so we can further investigate your account.

      We want to assist you and make our portal more conducive for learning while keeping you on the loop on our upcoming system maintenance (not just on our sale events), which is why you may still see the notification bar on top. You may also see these pop-ups sparingly on the home page as well.

      In the coming weeks, we will be making the following changes to the marketing elements :

      – The ads will be seen by users/visitors that are NOT logged in

      – Users that are logged in won’t see any ads on the course page that they have bought including in the My Courses page, as it’s always been. However, the ads will be seen on the courses that they don’t have access yet.

    At least fix this part if you have pop up’s. If you’ll notice, there is no way for me to remove the dialog box. On a laptop, the cancel button appears, but does not on IOS devices.

      Hi Stevo,

      We are sorry to hear that you are still experiencing this issue. You should not be encountering any pop-up ads on your paid courses and we have also increased the time delay for the pop-up to reappear on your non-course and non-paid site pages.

      May we ask you to please provide us with a screenshot of the whole page along with the ad that you have recently encountered? This will help us investigate and pinpoint the cause of the problem you have encountered.

        Sir, I don’t really have time for this. We have provided you multiple screenshots showing your ads blocking paid subscribers page. Create a test account and begin to troubleshoot your website issues there.
