My review is never published for one year.

It shows as [Currently we are processing your review.]

All of the rating are 5 stars. So I guess the instructor only publish those 5 stars.

Such a action seriously let me not trust him . Very pity so far I have trusted what he said.

    Hi peter_ase,

We take allegations like that very seriously. You are accusing us that:

    – We didn’t publish your review for one year

    – We only accept 5-star reviews

Looking at your recent activity, you have modified your product feedback/review today. That’s why it went back to the queue for moderation. Sadly, you conveniently didn’t add that important piece of information to paint a negative picture of us.

Please see this attached image of your recent change to your review for evidence.

It is a standard practice in the industry to screen and validate public reviews to avoid spam or abuse. Go to Udemy or Amazon.com right now, and it will take about a day or two for your review to show up. Moreover, the platform also provides an avenue for contesting any dodgy or unfair reviews.

Any edits or modification to the original review is still subject to moderation, as that can be a loophole by hackers and possibly illegitimate user to “game” our review system. If this is not implemented, then one person can publish a fake “good” review and then once approved, the attacker can immediately change the text into spam or an XSS attack since there’s no validation in place. This is the standard process based on experience working with international media companies and on hosting our courses on other eLearning sites.

Therefore, having a few hours, or at utmost, several days to validate a user review is a fair process.

Regarding your 2nd accusation that we only accept allow 5 stars for a review. That’s totally a blatant lie and an unsubstantiated opinion, and we can provide proof that we are fair with our review system. We even have a course with a 2-star review, and we allow it!

Here are the courses with 3 stars:

AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional Practice Exams 2022

    Courses with 2 stars:

We have full audit records of our changes and accounts, so if you accuse use again that we manipulating these numbers we presented, we are ready to defend ourselves with your empty accusations with absolutely no basis.

it’s sad that you didn’t give us the benefit of the doubt and just hurl this accusation without even doing your due diligence. Nonetheless, let us know if you need further assistance. The Tutorials Dojo team is still dedicated to help you pass your AWS exam on your first try!
